Welcome to the USNA South Alabama Chapter!

The USNA South Alabama Chapter is located along the Gulf Coast and is proud to be the home to the battleship hero of the Pacific, USS ALABAMA (BB-60), and Austal USA’s two ship programs for the U.S. Navy – Independence-variant Littoral Combat Ship (even numbered hulls) and Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF). 

The Naval Academy South Alabama Chapter’s mission is to support our local alumni, our current Midshipman, families of Midshipman and to support our Blue and Gold Officers recruit future USNA leaders. Our group unites and perpetuates friendships through our common Navy experiences and interest in the Naval Academy and Naval Service. We are advocates for Naval Service and endeavor to guide, support and develop the highest caliber of high school students interested in learning about Naval Service and how to gain entrance to the Naval Academy.
